• BKM Fan-Out & Productivity Improvement
• Lead BKM deployment and fan-out activities across sites.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize fan-out opportunities that deliver measurable productivity, yield, cost, quality, or cycle-time improvements.
• Drive qualification, implementation, and effectiveness validation of approved BKMs across manufacturing areas.
• Partner with Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Quality teams to accelerate best practice adoption.

• ### Change Management & Governance

• Establish and maintain structured governance processes to ensure effective tracking, execution, and sustainability of BKM deployments.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor implementation status, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder alignment to drive successful change adoption.
• Ensure lessons learned and best practices are systematically transferred across products, sites, and organizations.

• ### AI-Driven Productivity & Digital Transformation

• Utilize AI and advanced analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities, recommend best practices, and accelerate decision-making.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled dashboards, knowledge repositories, and data-driven monitoring systems to support productivity initiatives.
• Leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation solutions to proactively identify yield, quality, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, and Engineering teams to integrate AI technologies into BKM deployment and change management workflows.
• Promote AI adoption and digital innovation to enhance manufacturing effectiveness and organizational learning.

• ### Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

• Establish systematic knowledge management processes to capture, standardize, and share proven solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with site productivity and operational excellence objectives.
• Enable effective best-practice replication across manufacturing areas through structured knowledge transfer programs.
• Support strategic initiatives to maximize business value realization from improvement activities.
