Part Time Community Relations Ambassador

We are hiring Part-Time Community Relations Outreach Ambassadors to support customer service and centre operations at various locations across Singapore.

1. 💰 Pay:

$13/hour (weekdays) $14/hr (weekends)

🗓️ Working Arrangement: Approximately 2–3 shifts per week, weekdays + weekends only

• AMK
• Nee Soon
• Woodlands
• One Punggol
• Tampines
• Kampong Chai Chee
• Ang Mo Kio
• The Frontiner
• Keat Hong 

Deployment location will be assigned based on operational requirements.

🕘 Working Hours

Shifts may be scheduled within the following operating hours:

• 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday; or

• 9.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members of the public at the centre

• Provide assistance with digital access to government services

• Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate information

• Gather and record customer feedback

• Support centre operations, events and administrative activities

• Report incidents or safety concerns when necessary

• Maintain a safe, welcoming and pleasant environment for members of the public

✅ Requirements

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable using digital devices and online platforms

• Able to stand and interact with members of the public for extended periods

• Responsible, approachable and able to work independently

• Able to commit to weekend shifts

• This is a part-time, weekdays + weekends position.

• Specific work location and shift schedule will be assigned based on operational requirements.
