General Manager

Job Description

Hybrid model: this position requires working on-site 3 days a week.

POSITION’S MISSION:

Elaborate, develop, and implement strategies and tactical plans to identify and increase sales business, improve customer retention, market penetration and customer satisfaction, while always looking for better profitability for GM and the Dealer Network.

Incentive, coordinate and follow-up on innovative ideas/projects/changes to improve businesses

What you will do (responsibilities)

Drive Sales and Aftersales objective attainment for the zone

Encourage and support engagement efforts
Drive communication that supports the Business's market plans
Mentor, lead and grow talent
Coordinate dealer contractual agreements; ensure compliance to retail & parts sales performance, customer happiness and dealer profitability
Ensure accurate utilization of empowerment tools
Inspiring team/customers to attain business goals
Performs other duties as assigned

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Postgraduate studies or specializations in sales management, business, or marketing are a plus (desirable).

Experience: Field sales roles managing territories or key accounts; within the automotive industry or involving distributor networks

Competencies: Strong results orientation; analytical ability to manage and explain KPIs; negotiation and influencing skills with dealership owners and managers; autonomy and proactivity; excellent oral and written communication skills.

English: Advanced Level (Mandatory)

Valid driver's license.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
