Guest Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning, dusting, sanitizing and supplying (including amenities) all guest rooms (including bathrooms) assigned daily, according to procedures. The ability to make a bed and vacuum the floors in a guest room. The ability to handle a "Do Not Disturb" room and any call backs. The ability to keep corridors clean, neat and free of litter in all assigned areas. The ability to retrieve and then maintain the linen closet in a clean, neat and orderly fashion. The ability to restock armoires of all supplies and equipment at the end of a shift. The ability to remove, when necessary, room service dishes to the service area. The ability to maintain pars established in all guest rooms for linens, supplies and furniture. The ability to notice and report any damage or repairs needed in assigned areas. The ability to assume possession of hotel pass keys during a shift and keep them secure. The ability to observe uniform and dress standards on a daily basis. The ability to offer any assistance possible to guests. The ability to properly use all cleaning supplies and equipment. The ability to respond properly to any hotel emergency or safety situation. The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. The ability to demonstrate Four Seasons Standards The ability to complete the physical requirements of the position which include, but are not limited to; walking for long periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending.
What you will do:
Your Ipod device with Hotsos & Rex must be signed in/out and adequately used during your shifts.
Caddies, Trollies, toilet brush and other assigned housekeeping equipment must be adequately and properly stocked, appropriately used and maintain during and after your shifts.
All housekeeping room cleaning tasks assigned daily must be completed according to policies, procedures and standards.
All "Do Not Disturb" and “Refuse Service” rooms must be communicated to management and the appropriate procedures follow as per standards.
As room attendant you are responsible for the cleanliness of your rooms both inside and outside, as such corridors, staircases, outside walls and landscape must be clean, neat and free of litter in all assigned areas.
The maintenance of the linen closet is the responsibility of the room attendant, consequently, linen closets must be maintained in a clean, neat and orderly fashion at all times.
Room attendant is responsible to ensure that any shortage of supplies and equipment in the pantries are reported to management and is restocked at the end of each shift.
It is the room attendant responsibility to remove, when necessary, room service dishes to the service area. This should not include dishes belonging to the room or unit.
Room attendant must check and maintain pars established in all guest rooms for linens, supplies and furniture.
It is the room attendant responsibility as part of the cleaning sequence of service to notice and report via HotSos any damage, repairs or other maintenance issues noticed in assigned areas.
The room attendant is responsible to assume possession of their key card and keep them secure during and after their shift.
What you bring:
One to two years’ previous experience in Housekeeping or Laundry; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset

• Successful candidates will be hired as a casual, part time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work, day, evening, holidays, and/or weekends.
