The work
The SAP Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing a fully integrated master schedule for large and complex SAP programs. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with clients and delivery teams to ensure transparent communication, timely updates, and accurate planning across all project phases.

You will facilitate schedule discussions with the client, monitor progress, and proactively identify delays or risks affecting the project timeline. The scheduler will manage task dependencies, link predecessor and successor activities, and assess how changes impact the broader program plan. In addition, you will guide client stakeholders in defining critical tasks, milestones, and sequencing required to support successful SAP project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the integrated master project schedule for large SAP initiatives
Interact with client stakeholders to communicate schedule status, risks, and delays
Adjust timelines and sequencing based on project changes and dependency impacts
Identify predecessors and successors, linking activities accurately across the schedule
Provide expert guidance to clients in structuring key project tasks and defining realistic timelines
Collaborate with project leadership to ensure alignment between delivery teams and schedule expectations

Here’s what you need: Mandatory Qualifications

2+ years of program management experience supporting projects of similar size and complexity
SAP project management or SAP program scheduling experience

Eligibility requirements:

US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Eligible to obtain a minimum of a Secret Clearance
Must reside locally in St. Louis, MO or be willing to travel to St. Louis weekly to work onsite at the client location

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $72,600—$132,100 USD
