Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based acute care
• Broad caseload: Trauma, neuro, post-surgical, total joint, med/surg
• 60-day mentorship with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• About 10 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri (8-5) plus 1in8 weekend rotation
• $8,000 relocation bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
• 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Full benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, and 401k match

About the Role
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and truly value patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
