As a Financial Services Consultant your knowledge and member service skills will provide you the opportunity to assist our members in the following areas:

• Work with members on new account openings and assisting them with account maintenance transactions
• Assist members with consumer loans from application through closing
• Provide guidance to members in regard to products and services that help them achieve their financial goals

Qualifications include strong communication, sales and service skills.  Must like to meet new people and develop  business relationships with them.  The position will start as a Member Service Representative and transition into the Financial Services Consultant.

Ideal candidates will have previous skills in the following:

• Knowledge of consumer lending products and underwriting experience
• Understanding consumer products and services to benefit the member
• Analyze credit reports and other documents necessary for loan approval

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm on a rotating basis.
