The Supply Planning & Logistics (SP&L) department within the Technology Sourcing & Manufacturing (TSM) organization is responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and product delivery for externally manufactured products across The LEGO Group. • Drive key planning processes including novelty planning, exit management, mold and equipment replenishment, air-freight coordination, and planning-data governance to support operational excellence.
  • Strengthen collaboration across procurement, engineering, logistics, project management, and regional planning teams to develop robust and executable supply plans.
  • Lead planning process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives through enhanced reporting, analytics, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and lead-time optimization to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-to-deliver.
