• Provide technical support and maintenance for Java-based production systems, ensuring their smooth operation and availability.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including system errors, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand system requirements, dependencies, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools, logs, and alerts.
• Implement bug fixes, patches, and system enhancements to address identified issues and improve system performance.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying potential problems and taking appropriate actions.
• Follow incident management procedures to handle and escalate issues according to severity and impact.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours support when necessary.

Mandatory Skills –

• Core Java, Spring Framework, Basic Linux, PL/SQL
• Configure, troubleshoot
