You will play a crucial role in improving patients' lives by ensuring that our team is well-trained and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Your efforts ensure that patients and physicians have timely access to the medicines they need.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Maintains and controls item/ curriculum management and training assignment in the LMS.
- Executes Record Learning in the LMS. Manages the archiving of training records and the training record retention.
- Assigns Site curricula, Induction curricula and other required training for new hire orientation (Colleagues Contingent workers and service providers ) and tracks new hires orientation trainings completion timelines
- Processes Curricula requests (Curricula Modification / Learning Plan modification) based on the filled in Curricula requests (adding or removing items, editing metadata, changing ownership, inactivation).
- Initiate curriculum content review: Prepares curriculum review list per ownership and deliver it to the curriculum owner.
- Perform assignment of Alternate/Primary Job Codes (AJC) and direct assignment of Curricula upon request
- Ensures adherence to good documentation/data integrity (DI) for hand-written training records before the entry into PLA-MEL
- Acts as a Learning Plan Manager and manages profiles and libraries.
- Provide or coordinate training for new LMS users, people managers, training schedulers, report generators and training record administrators.
- Runs reports and collect data for monitoring site training metrics.
- Publishes Knowledge assessment (KA) in PLA-MEL and Uploads the signed KA in GMP shared folder
- For manually created items:
Creates/Updates/Inactivates the item (and, if necessary, the related Content
Object) manually.
Configures metadata and settings of an item after creation (via PPI/QPI or
manually).
Adjusts due dates for revised items.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
- B. Pharm, M.Pharma or MSc with 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Sterile injectables experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Solid understanding of GMP and Regulatory Training compliance
- Experience in Technical Training Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Quick learner and ability to multitask.
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
