- Earnings & Compensation Security
- Weekly Guarantee: $1,634 weekly gross guarantee (working 5 days & 10+ hours minimum). Annual gross earnings span from $83,600–$87,600 up to $100,000/year.
- Pay Breakdown: Base mileage rates from $0.68 to $0.74 CPM, bolstered by $28.50–$30 stop pay, $62.50 NYC load pay, $50 truck move pay, $15/hr detention, and $280/day holiday pay.
- The Freight & Lane Network
- The Run: Local dedicated routes launching and finishing at the West Haven, CT yard, operating within a 250-mile regional radius (~1,409 weekly miles).
- Cargo Handling: Mostly zero-touch temperature-controlled grocery freight. NYC routes are strictly limited (only 20–25% of total freight) and require at least 6 months on account plus certified trainer accompaniment. Drives clean slip-seat day cabs.
- Schedule & Home Time
- Daily Resets: True home-daily scheduling on set 5-day workweeks (Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday) starting between 09:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
- Overtime & Holiday Schedule: Must work 2 mandatory 6th days per month and mandatory 6th days during major holiday peak weeks.
- Requirements & Toxicology Compliance
- Experience Standard: Must possess 3 months of verified Class-A experience in the last 6 months and maintain reliable daily commuter transport to the yard.
