- Coordinate document reviews, approval workflows, information exchanges and transmittals.
- Monitor the status of project information and help teams meet agreed review and delivery timescales.
- Produce regular document control and information status reports for project teams and clients.
- Respond professionally to internal and external requests for documentation and information.
- Support project teams in applying agreed document control and Information Management processes.
- Provide practical advice and guidance on document control requirements and ways of working.
- Develop and support the delivery of training, guidance and awareness sessions to help project teams understand and apply document control and Information Management processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve quality and make better use of digital tools.
- Work collaboratively with clients, designers, project managers, technical teams and delivery partners.
- Support and share knowledge with less experienced colleagues where required.
- Take responsibility for health, safety and environmental considerations within your own work.
