What are we looking for

We are currently seeking for a Psychiatrist to support our team. In this exciting role you will be providing psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services to our clients from pre-admission to discharge and beyond. We are looking for a hands-on person with an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude, who is excited to be a driving part behind the growth of the Geneva branch. You need to be a strong team player and ready to go the extra mile.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services to our clients from pre-admission to discharge and for Continuing Care Program / Aftercare clients
• Writing, overseeing, and reviewing treatment plans for clients
• Deputizing for the Medical Director
• Administrative tasks such as writing reports, ordering medication, support with recruitment of clinical/medical team members etc.

You are/have

• A specialist degree in psychiatry and psychotherapy (Swiss diploma or MEBEKO recognized)
• Several years of experience in the field of addiction and trauma therapy, ideally in the Swiss health care system and with Ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs)
• A strong interest in psychotherapeutic work as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude
• Empathy for people in difficult circumstances and understanding of diverse backgrounds
• Strong self-discipline and work ethic, absolute confidentiality a must as well as excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and good IT skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and French (min. level C1)
• A strong contributor - excited to find new ways to improve our innovative care services using client feedback and cross-team collaboration
• Eligible to work in Switzerland as Psychiatrist (CH-Nationality or EU/EFTA Citizenship)
• Must have: Driver’s license (Cat. B)
