Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.
Role Overview
Our client currently has a vacancy for a Customer relationship manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements
University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 8 years;
Excellent experience with managing stakeholders in large project;
Experience in negotiation with actors from the business and IT community;
Experience with business administration or public relations studies/domain, customer relation and stakeholder management;
Experience with preparation materials for meetings with committees/clients ;
Experience with meeting facilitation and communication handling;
Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
Ability to give business and technical presentations;
Excellent command of the English language.
Responsibilities
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems;
Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and solutions using appropriate documentation standards;
Provide input for the software development process;
Modelling business processes;
Requirements/needs management and tracking;
Risk analysis.
