The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1.You will work in the engineering department of power transformer design.
2.You will be responsible for the electrical design of power transformer order and tender designs, and support marketing and sales strategies to meet customer needs.
3.You will coordinate design activities within a worldwide factory network.
4.You will influence specifications at the tender and pre-tender stages through conceptual discussions.
5.You will support the local and global organization in S&M, SCM, quality activities, and cost savings.
6.You will support product type tests and review test reports.

7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

8.Living Hitachi Energy's core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1.Bachelor or master degree of Electrical Engineering from 985,211 university

2.Basic theory concept on the high voltage technology, power grids system and electrical motor etc..

3. Fluent in English Language in both spoken and written is a must.

4.Strong team working ability, good communication skill,

5.Office skill and simulation skill would be preferred.

6.Organised and thorough.

7.A team player, open minded, team oriented and autonomous.

8.Additional languages knowledge is considered an advantage.

9.Quick learner with ability to master new areas

10.Curiosity in different scientific areas like hydraulic, thermal, mechanical…
