Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ensuring the workplace is kept spotlessly clean
- Monitoring the quality of goods and food served
- Serving meals at the specified times
- Checking, storing and preparing existing and delivered goods
- Serving meals in the staff canteen
- Cleaning, maintaining and storing crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and canteen areas, as well as the F&B back-office area
- Proper use and maintenance of the machinery and equipment provided
- Preparing meals in accordance with the instructions of the station chef, head chef or sous-chef
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Initial professional experience in upmarket catering
- Ability to cope with pressure, attention to detail and a very high standard of quality
- A structured and organised approach to work
- A keen interest in team-oriented work
- Your motto is to be the perfect, warm and welcoming host to every guest
- Good command of German and English is essential. A basic knowledge of a further foreign language is desirable
