We’re looking for a Payroll Lead for the Americas region to be the glue that holds our regional payroll puzzle together – someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy and problem-solving. This role is all about helping our payroll function evolve, scale and shine.
This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to support global standardization initiatives and implementations, engage with key stakeholders and act as advisory for our payroll function. You will also be responsible for operational payroll activities in selected locations from the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support process improvement and standardization initiatives across North and South America payrolls, in alignment with the FLS Global practices
Own a payroll process in collaboration with our external payroll vendors, by sharing payroll input data, validating calculations and ensuring timely payments to employees and statutory agencies
Align with stakeholders across HR, Finance and Business owners to drive mutual initiatives, solve and unblock challenges
Maintain and promote a high focus on employee experience
Proactively support our KPI and SLA targets
Assist in payroll vendor service assessment and integrations
Ensure compliance with FLS global policies and procedures
Support in external or internal audit initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience in payroll operations of 5+ years, with exposure to any of the following countries: Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Canada, US
Experience in working with global payroll vendors such as ADP, CloudPay or others
Workday experience is a plus
Fluency in English, working-level proficiency in Spanish
Focus on efficiency, structure, and clarity
An excellent grasp of payroll systems, tools, and automation opportunities, including handling implementations or integrations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A mindset that’s equal parts pragmatic and strategic – you’re not afraid to get into the weeds but always have the bigger picture in mind

Salary range: 290,000 - 390,000 Ron gross
