Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The work often includes applying generative artificial intelligence models and exploring various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance these intelligent systems is a key part of daily activities, ensuring innovative and effective AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve AI models and system performance.
- Document technical processes and share knowledge to support team growth and project continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI application deployment.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to work with generative AI models and implement them effectively.
- Experience in building and maintaining production-grade AI pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
