As a Recreation Officer, you will support the operation and management of recreational and sport facilities, and provide quality helpdesk and customer services for campus users.

What this job involves:

• Operate and manage recreational and sport facilities.
• Provide helpdesk and customer services for campus users
• Provide customer services to the client by receive telephone call, email and customer service log record procedure

Required Skills and Experience:

• Form 7 or Tertiary Education in Facility/ Property/ Hotel/ Event Management/ Sports, or equivalent
• At least two years related working experience or training in facilities operation/ sport facilities management and customer service from Property Management or Facility Management industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent in both in Putonghua, Cantonese & English written, speaking and listening, preferably.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, vendor or client

On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China
