Position Summary
The LATAM Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for translating global and regional channel priorities into scalable, measurable marketing programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue across Latin America.
This role serves as the primary marketing link between Global Channel Marketing, LATAM regional marketing, channel sales, distributors, resellers, alliances, and other key stakeholders. The manager will develop and execute programs that reflect the needs of the LATAM market while maintaining alignment with global and regional strategy, messaging, campaigns, and business priorities.
The successful candidate will combine regional market knowledge, strong channel expertise, and disciplined program execution to help partners generate demand, accelerate opportunities, expand their capabilities, and grow their business with Thales.
Essential Functions
The LATAM Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the regional channel marketing strategy in alignment with global priorities, LATAM business objectives, and channel sales goals. The role translates global campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives into scalable, locally relevant programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and partner-led revenue growth.
This position serves as the primary marketing partner to LATAM channel leadership, distributors, and resellers. It leads regional campaign activation, partner events, executive forums, digital programs, and demand-generation initiatives across countries with different languages, market maturity, cultural requirements, and partner ecosystems.
The role also provides regional oversight of Co-Op and MDF investments, ensuring funding is aligned with strategic priorities, measurable outcomes, compliance requirements, and revenue impact. It establishes performance metrics, monitors budgets and pipeline contribution, and provides regular insights and recommendations to regional and global leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 8 or more years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing,
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese language skills are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with distributors, resellers, technology partners, or other indirect routes to market.
- Strong understanding of the LATAM business environment and the differences among regional markets, partner ecosystems, and levels of channel maturity.
- Experience translating global strategies and campaigns into effective regional and local programs.
- Proven ability to develop marketing initiatives that contribute to pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue growth.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, events, Co-Op, MDF, or partner-funded programs.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional, and highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to travel within LATAM and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, cloud, software, data security, identity and access management, or another complex business-to-business technology environment.
- Experience supporting both established and developing partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with channel marketing automation, CRM, partner portals, campaign platforms, and marketing performance reporting.
- Experience managing multi-country programs and coordinating global, regional, and local stakeholders.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 122,000.00 - 209,515.00 USD Annual
