Job Summary:
Supports branch leadership by helping manage daily operations and workflow execution to ensure reliable service and operational continuity. Reinforces established best practices and procedures related to inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation, and financial accuracy, escalating issues as appropriate. Coordinates with vendors, customers, and internal teams to maintain strong business partnerships in support of branch objectives. Supports branch financial performance through proactive business report review and associated backend operational processes to ensure financial accuracy, margin optimization, and effective service execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports team development by reinforcing established best practices and procedures, providing routine performance guidance, and assisting with scheduling, workflow coordination, and task assignment.
Supports daily branch operations including customer order fulfillment, vendor coordination, equipment and supply tracking, invoicing, and billing activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Monitors inventory and asset management activities, purchasing, rental, and sales documentation as needed, to ensure procedural compliance and data accuracy.
Maintains working knowledge of construction site needs, supply and equipment inventory, and service line offerings to serve as a resource for customers and internal team members.
Reviews business reports to support branch financial performance, ensuring accurate pricing, contracts, billing, and timely reconciliations, and by using report insights to support operational efficiency and service quality.
Coordinates with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support high quality service delivery, resolution of routine operational issues, and finding timely solutions for our customers and partners.
Promotes branch compliance with safety, security, and company policies while supporting facility standards and maintaining a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
Education Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2–4 years of experience in equipment rental, construction supply, operations management, or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) preferred.
Experience with Coupa procure-to-pay software preferred.
