Job Summary 

Welcomes and escorts patients through the clinic environment and provides clinical and administrative support Integrated Behavioral Health and KMG Clinic. Responsibilities include supporting patient flow, visit preparation, documentation, telehealth services, communication, and care coordination – collecting and documenting patient information, vital signs, medication and allergy history, screening results, and other visit related data in the EMR. Communicates patient concerns, abnormal findings, refill requests, testing needs, and questions regarding clinical judgement to the appropriate licensed clinician.

Requirements

• One year experience in medical office clinic, hospital, or nursing home setting.
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential, or completion of an approved medical assistant program with credential obtained within the timeframe required by organizational policy.

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, primary care behavioral health, care coordination, or telehealth
