What You Will Do: 

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service. 

• Supervise and train staff to maintain excellent customer service. 

• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue. 

• Handle guest relations and resolve customer complaints promptly. 

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. 

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier management. 

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales. 

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service. 

• Prepare reports and communicate with senior management regarding performance. 

What You Will Bring: 

• Previous experience in authentic / fine dining Japanese cuisine restaurant. 

• Full proficiency in Japanese language. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
