Overview
This role is responsible for billing managed service fees, including recurring monthly service fees, technology license fees, recruiting fees, and applicable discounts and concessions. This role reviews customer contracts, manages and communicates annual fee increases, and oversees the accuracy of data flow from Salesforce to Oracle. They perform month-end reconciliation and analysis of billed fees, partnering with FP&A on variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
- Bills managed service fees accurately and on schedule, including recurring monthly service fees, technology license fees, and recruiting fees.
- Applies discounts and concessions to customer accounts in accordance with contract terms.
- Reviews customer contracts to ensure billing aligns with agreed-upon terms and pricing.
- Manages and communicates annual fee increases to customers.
- Inputs and reviews data flow from Salesforce to Oracle to ensure billing accuracy.
- Performs month-end reconciliation of fees billed against contract and system records.
- Analyzes billed fees to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Collaborates with FP&A on variance analysis to support accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in accounting
