Opportunity (Full-Time): Lead Recruiter for U.S. Government Contract Support (U.S. Citizen)

Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of U.S. Government and defense contracting programs. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and engaging highly qualified candidates while maintaining strong recruiting pipelines for current and anticipated requirements.

Location: Remote (Tampa, FL is desired, but open to remote support with Eastern Standard Time zone working hours).

Level of Effort: Full-Time

Availability: Immediate

Objective: Lead recruiting efforts across Hoplite Group by partnering with company leadership and program teams to understand staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and identify highly qualified candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions. The Lead Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including job posting development, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate presentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, and offer coordination.
  • Experience recruiting within the U.S. Government contracting, defense, intelligence, or national security sectors.
  • Experience recruiting cleared candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and other recruiting and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Government contracting staffing requirements and the ability to evaluate candidates against specific labor category qualifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and company leadership.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple recruiting priorities and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. Citizen required; active Secret Security clearance desired and considered an advantage. Must be eligible for U.S. security clearance.
