The Corporate Event Intern will support the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of various corporate events, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of corporate events, including venue research, vendor communication, and materials preparation.
* Support the development and distribution of event-related communications, such as invitations, newsletters, and presentations.
* Help manage event registration processes and attendee inquiries.
* Provide on-site event support, including set-up, registration desk assistance, and guest management.
* Conduct post-event tasks such as data entry, feedback collection, and report generation.
* Research industry trends and innovative event concepts to enhance future corporate gatherings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and communication.
* Perform administrative tasks as required to support the events team.

Job Qualifications:**
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or customer service is a plus but not required.
* Available to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
