As a Strategy Consultant within our Media & Creative team, you'll play a key role in turning research and data into strategic recommendations that influence brand growth and marketing effectiveness.
What you'll be doing
- Lead client projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and advisor on media and creative effectiveness.
- Analyse research and market data, transforming findings into clear, actionable recommendations for brand and marketing teams.
- Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling that influence decision-making at senior stakeholder level.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships and contribute to the commercial success of the business.
- Collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions to deliver integrated solutions and share best practice. Adapted from the role responsibilities in the source document.
The ideal skills and experience
- Experience in marketing, insights, media, consultancy or a related field, with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with research data and commercial insights.
- Proven experience building client relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- A proactive and structured approach, with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential. Experience working in an international environment would be beneficial.
- Naturally curious, commercially minded and motivated by solving business problems.
