Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving business needs and translating them into functional applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models within Snowflake environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes related to Snowflake.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data warehouse issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and best practices for data security and governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
