  • Review fund structures, governing documents, and transaction documentation from a depositary oversight perspective.
  • Support Sales and Relationship Management teams by acting as a subject matter expert during client meetings, due diligence exercises, and client interactions.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by providing technical expertise on alternative investment structures and depositary obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation initiatives, and operating model enhancements.
  • Maintain relevant systems and databases and prepare internal and client reporting.
  • Attend client meetings and support ongoing relationship management activities.

What We Value

  • Strong knowledge of depositary oversight responsibilities and applicable regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex legal and financial structures.
  • Ability to apply a risk-based approach and appropriately identify and escalate risk matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a bank, asset management company, domiciliary agent, law firm, audit firm, or similar financial services organization.
