Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring that testing efforts are predictive and intelligent. Collaboration with various teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle is a key aspect of your daily responsibilities, enabling the delivery of superior software products with improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Mentor and guide team members to build capabilities and foster a culture of quality and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating test automation within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies that align with business goals.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation tools and environments.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
