  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and editorial priorities, ensuring deadlines, quality expectations, and production schedules are consistently met.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet established technical quality control standards, including format, resolution, audio levels, captioning, and file specifications.
  • Maintain organized project files, media assets, and version control in accordance with departmental workflows and archival procedures.
  • Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges within the post-production environment and recommend effective solutions.
  • Provide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to editors, supporting team development and maintaining consistency of creative and technical output.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of editorial workflows, project standards, and post-production processes, incorporating emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Film, Television, Media Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of professional post-production experience in broadcast, studio, agency, or digital media environments, including experience coordinating editorial workflows or supporting editorial team operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard non-linear editing systems (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and/or Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics/VFX tools (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects, Mocha, Nuke).
  • Demonstrated expertise in color correction, visual effects integration, and finishing workflows for broadcast and digital delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate editorial resources, facilitate team collaboration, and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience delivering content for multiple distribution platforms, including broadcast, streaming, web, and social media.
