Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.
Must have skills : Ansible on Microsoft Azure
Good to have skills : DevOps
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
* Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using industry-standard tools.
* Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and deployment issues.
* Maintain documentation for automation processes, deployment procedures, and infrastructure configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong hands-on experience with Ansible development and automation.
* Good understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
* Proficiency with Linux system administration.
* Experience with source code management tools such as Git.
