## What you’ll do

This role supports the technology and systems used in manufacturing. You will assist with computers, equipment, and operational technology (OT) systems, helping ensure smooth factory operations while gaining hands-on experience in engineering, IT, and cybersecurity.

• Support daily manufacturing and operational activities.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining technology systems used in production.
• Help troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and equipment issues.
• Work with engineers to improve system performance and reliability.
• Support the setup and testing of computers, devices, and manufacturing systems.
• Assist with documentation, reports, and process improvement projects.
• Learn about cybersecurity practices that help protect manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with different teams and gain exposure to factory operations.

## Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or engineering related field.
• Available to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.
• Strong interest in technology and manufacturing.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, or programming is an advantage.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
