Hayward Gardens Post-Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist visitors with sign-in and facility procedures
• Respond to general questions and provide appropriate information
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Receive and distribute mail and other deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and logs as needed
• Communicate messages to appropriate departments and staff
• Protect resident and facility confidentiality
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer and office skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
