Responsibilities

• Support the Tax Advisory Team with collecting and researching information related to investment acquisitions, financing, restructurings, refinancings, disposals, and distributions.
• Maintain and update documents in databases, keep various trackers up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support as needed, i.e. file and archive tax documents.
• Assist with ad-hoc Tax Advisory Team projects as required.

Qualifications

What You Bring To The Role

• Recently graduated or ongoing Bachelors / Master’s degree in Tax Law, Accounting, or Finance, or a related filed
• Fluent in English, proficiency in French or German would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow up actively 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
