Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: South Shore / Greater Boston
Salary: Approximately $130,000, based on experience

A well-established commercial General Contractor and Construction Management firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.
This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who wants ownership from preconstruction and buyout through construction and final closeout. You'll work directly with clients, Superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and company leadership to deliver successful commercial projects throughout New England.

What You'll Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scopes of work, procurement, and contract negotiations
- Partner closely with the Superintendent on field execution, schedule, quality, and safety
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and design teams
- Manage budgets, job costing, forecasting, billing, and financial performance
- Prepare and negotiate owner and subcontractor change orders
- Lead project meetings and communicate schedule, cost, and project status
- Identify potential risks and resolve issues before they impact the project
- Manage punch lists, turnover, final billing, and closeout

What We're Looking For
- Solid commercial GC/CM project management experience
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong understanding of subcontractor buyout, budgets, scheduling, contracts, and change management
- Experience working closely with field Superintendents
- Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Microsoft Office, or comparable systems
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
