What You Will Do
Drive Territory Growth
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans using customer insight, commercial data, and opportunity analysis.
- Grow existing customer partnerships while acquiring and activating new customers.
- Convert new and existing practices into advocates of digital orthodontics and clear aligner treatment.
- Identify high-potential opportunities and prioritize activities that drive sustainable business growth.
Become a Strategic Business Partner
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with doctors and practice teams.
- Understand each customer's clinical, commercial, and patient-focused objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional seller.
- Help practices identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, adoption, profitability, and patient experience.
Lead Value-Based Commercial Conversations
- Conduct structured, consultative conversations that uncover explicit and unspoken customer needs.
- Demonstrate the commercial and clinical value of Align solutions.
- Differentiate Align through insight-led selling rather than price-based selling.
- Confidently navigate competitive environments and complex objections.
Drive Digital Transformation
- Champion the Align Digital Workflow (ADW) and associated digital technologies.
- Help practices integrate digital workflows into daily operations.
