Responsibilities:

• Business Development: You develop the wood composites business across EMEA and drive profitable growth.
• Key Accounts: You strategically manage and grow existing key accounts while developing new customer opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: You develop market and sales strategies and turn them into effective action.
• Customer Projects: You support customer projects and product trials in close collaboration with Technical Service and R&D.
• Customer Relationships: You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer contacts at different levels.
• Sales Partners: You support distributors and sales partners in developing their markets and growing the business.
• Market Development: You keep a close eye on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Representation: You represent Chem-Trend at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: You have experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management within the wood composites industry.
• Commercial Strength: You combine strong commercial understanding with excellent negotiation skills and a clear focus on profitable growth.
• Customer Focus: You build long-term customer relationships and are confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
• Personality: You bring an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Analytical Skills: You quickly understand complex situations, approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and keep customer needs at the center of your work.
• International Collaboration: You are comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across different functions.
• Languages: You are fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Mobility: You are willing to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
