About the opportunity

We have a Part-Time position available working within the Food Services Team as a Food Services Assistant.

• Located at Werribee Mercy Hospital.
• Ability to pick up additional work covering leave.
• Day shift-Monday,Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
• Must have a current Food Handling Certificate.
• The ability to operate in a team environment and prioritise during peak periods.
• A passion for great Food Service whilst being customer and safety focused.
• The ability to understand patient diet codes and modified meals.
• Good communication and written skills.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
