Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain digital asset management (DAM) systems, including user access, metadata, content organization, and archiving.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with established content and metadata standards.
Collect, validate, and organize digital assets from internal stakeholders, agencies, and approved repositories.
Monitor digital content across distribution channels and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Perform content audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track performance metrics and content health.
Support data governance and process improvement initiatives related to digital asset management.
Manage content backup and retention processes to ensure secure storage and recovery.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to resolve content issues and obtain missing information.
Modify and optimize digital assets, including image adjustments, to meet platform and distribution requirements.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Content Management, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and content management processes.
Experience managing and organizing digital assets, metadata, and content repositories.
Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, Library Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, and metadata management.
Experience designing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Experience with quality assurance, peer review processes, and operational excellence initiatives.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Workfront, or similar platforms.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects.
