As a Central Team Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will drive improvements in manufacturing capability. You will deliver industry benchmark methods at the lowest cost and manage the implementation of global standards across process areas. You will complete this by focusing on Micron’s 4 pillars, ensuring priorities align with the Micron business plan and Strategic Objective requirements across manufacturing sites.
Your objective is to bring to bear global internal and external resources to drive network process and equipment alignment to achieve world-class manufacturing performance. Examples include bringing to bear suppliers to achieve benchmark manufacturing performance, discovery and implementation of equipment and process best known methods (BKM), equipment utilization optimization, cash cost optimization, and continuous improvement project prioritization and execution globally.
You must be willing and able to work effectively with SITES, Procurement, Global Quality and other OCT departments, as well as external suppliers, to achieve your objectives. You must also be willing and able to travel internationally, as needed, to achieve your objectives.
## This position is being offered in Singapore
Responsibilities and Duties encompass, but are not limited to:
- Support the site to mitigate risks on their priorities by mobilizing the relevant Central Teams SME to support.
- Help the site meet targets on MAE programs across all pillar programs.
- Build and implement processes to improve %UD/SD performance globally.
- Build a library of area level BKMs for Equipment & Process Engineers to search for standards involving the setup of Equipment & associated processes.
- Collaborate with SMAI to integrate various systems to drive Equipment Performance improvement.
- Lead the team to success and embrace benchmarking to deliver strategies to close the gaps.
## Qualifications and Skills encompass, but are not restricted to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment or Process.
- Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence indirect leadership.
- Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and applying resources effectively.
- Recognized for performance excellence and successful leadership characteristics.
- Viewed as an excellent mentor, team builder, and motivator.
- Experience managing large, multi-layer groups encompassing a variety of fields.
- Proficiency in managing through systems, informing, organizational agility, dealing with ambiguity, and listening.
- Proficient in AI or AI-enabled ways of working where applicable.
