a. Cumplir con las especificaciones y tiempos exigidos por el líder inmediato,
en cuanto al servicio de panadería, desde el proceso de pedido de
materia prima hasta la entrega del producto terminado.
b. Cumplir con la entrega de producto terminado a los diferentes puntos de
venta y de servicio según lo requerido al área producción.
c. Manipular de manera efectiva la materia prima, insumos y suministros
dentro del área de panadería y pastelería sin generar desperdicios.
