Marketing Analyst Intern

The Role
VersaDesk is looking for a motivated and analytical Marketing Analyst Intern to join our
marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals
looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, customer
insights, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing and
direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.  You’ll work closely with our marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to analyze campaign performance, identify market trends, monitor customer behavior, and help improve marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
● Analyze marketing campaign performance across paid ads, email marketing, social media,
and e-commerce platforms
● Monitor key marketing metrics including traffic, conversions, ROAS, CTR, and customer
engagement
● Assist with reporting and dashboard creation for marketing performance tracking
● Help identify customer trends, purchasing behavior, and growth opportunities
● Support A/B testing and performance analysis for advertisements and landing pages
● Assist in gathering and organizing competitor and market research
● Work with marketing and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness
● Maintain organized reports, spreadsheets, and marketing data records
● Help identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements
● Participate in improving marketing workflows, reporting systems, and analytics processes

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
● Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
● Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or consumer behavior
● Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Shopify, or reporting tools is preferred
