Description
The Maintenance Specialist reports directly to The Clubhouse Manager. Under minimal direction, the Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facilities, grounds, attractions and equipment at The Clubhouse to ensure a safe, clean and fully operational environment for guests and staff. This role involves a mix of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs for indoor and outdoor attractions that include go-karts, mini golf, zipline, arcade games, and general building systems. The role also includes cleaning responsibilities.Essential Functions and Duties:

This job has been classified as a “safety sensitive” position as defined by the United States Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing regulations, the Oklahoma Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act and/or Oklahoma Medical Marijuana laws. In this position, you will be subject to drug and alcohol testing, which might include random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a Medical Marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process, or the consequences of testing positive for Marijuana.

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all attractions and equipment (go-karts, zipline, arcade games, water wars etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or general facility issues and notify appropriate vendors.
- Maintain safe and clean workspaces across all areas of the facility.
- Order supplies and parts.
- Work with vendors or contractors when outside repairs or inspections are needed.
- Ensure all maintenance practices comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist the Manager in Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and records required by the Department of Labor and other regulating agencies.
- Schedule and perform minor routine and preventative maintenance such as changing filters on select equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2 + years of experience in general maintenance and small engine repair
- Preferred familiarity with arcade or redemption game maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic plumbing systems
- Demonstrates strong character and exercises good judgement in decision making
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair small engines
- Comfortable working at heights (zipline inspections)
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and writing.
