Organization: Re-Forma – equipping untrained and undertrained pastors and ministry leaders and strengthening ministries worldwide.
About the Role
Re-Forma is seeking a dynamic Major Gift Officer (MGO) to join our mission-driven team. The MGO will cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, securing significant philanthropic support to advance Re-Forma’s global impact.
This role focuses on building long-term, meaningful relationships with donors capable of making gifts of $25,000 and above, aligning their passions with the mission and strategic priorities of Re-Forma.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of major donors across the U.S.
Build authentic, lasting relationships that inspire transformational giving.
Strategically solicit and secure gifts of $25,000+ to support Re-Forma’s initiatives.
Steward donors with excellence, ensuring transparency and impact reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to align donor interests with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Must be a born-again Christian.
Proven track record in major gift fundraising or high-level donor relations.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to inspire generosity and connect donor passions to mission outcomes.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
Commitment to Re-Forma’s vision of equipping leaders and strengthening ministries worldwide.
