This is a hands-on operational role where you’ll continue delivering day-to-day Customer Support outcomes, while also supporting the rollout of new loyalty processes and customer experiences.

- Managing customer enquiries across phone, email and live chat
- Supporting customers through their online purchasing journey
- Resolving order-related issues (Click & Collect, Special Orders and Trade enquiries)
- Handling loyalty-related enquiries (points, rewards, balances, account updates and promotions)
- Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating where required
- Supporting increased demand during the NZ Loyalty rollout
- Acting as a go-to team member for new loyalty processes and enquiries
- Providing feedback on customer trends, pain points and process improvements
- Maintaining accurate case management in Salesforce
Who we're looking for
An ideal candidate will be a strong operational performer with proven Customer Support experience. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, balancing BAU and new processes, while delivering a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
You'll need
- Confidence managing high-volume enquiries end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement
- High attention to detail and ability to follow process
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar systems) preferred
