Lead Process Analyst

Competitive Salary

🌟 Join Covéa Insurance — An Award-Winning Place to Work

At Covéa Insurance, we're here to protect what matters most — from homes and vehicles to businesses and livelihoods. What truly sets us apart is our people and culture.

We're proud to have been recognised as the Best Place to Work at the Modern Claims Awards 2026 — a reflection of our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering environment where everyone can thrive.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Covéa Insurance, where you'll be part of an inclusive and supportive organisation that puts people first, both our customers and our colleagues.

At Covéa, we know there's no one-size-fits-all way of working. We actively support flexible hours, part-time options and different working patterns, and we encourage open conversations about what works best for you and your life.

The Team

This is a rare opportunity to join Commercial Lines in a newly created role at the heart of an exciting transformation journey. We're investing in new technology, automation and smarter ways of working that will help our underwriting teams spend more time supporting brokers and customers and less time on administration.

As Lead Process Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping, embedding and continuously improving processes across our regional underwriting network. Leading a small team, you'll work closely with underwriters, managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, drive adoption of new ways of working and deliver positive change that makes a real difference across the business.

What you can expect in this role

  • You'll play a key role in improving how work gets done across our Commercial Lines underwriting operations, helping colleagues focus more on activities that add value.

  • You'll work closely with underwriters, managers and stakeholders across the business, helping to identify opportunities to simplify processes and introduce smarter ways of working.

  • You'll contribute to our transformation journey, supporting the introduction of new technology and ensuring new processes are successfully embedded and continuously improved.

  • You'll lead and develop a small team while building strong relationships that help deliver positive change across the organisation.

  • You'll have opportunities to influence strategy, support our Target Operating Model ambitions and make a visible impact across the business.

What you might bring

  • Experience of process improvement, operational excellence, business change or continuous improvement, with a passion for making things work better.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess processes, identify opportunities and turn insight into practical solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and bring others on the journey.

  • Great communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly, inspire others and handle challenge constructively.

  • Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence knowledge would be beneficial. A Lean qualification would be welcomed but isn't essential.

💡 Not sure you tick every box? That's okay.

We recognise that great candidates bring different experiences and perspectives. If this role interests you and you believe you could add value, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't meet every requirement.

💙 Our Values

  • Make it Happen – We act with integrity

  • Understand you – Collaboration drives success

We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

⚖️ Flexibility That Works for You

  • Primarily remote working

  • Flexible hours and working patterns

  • A genuine approach to work-life balance

Why join Covéa?

  • Flexibility that truly works for you – 36.25 hours per week, flexitime, and hybrid options as standard. Whether you're balancing family life, caring responsibilities, study, or simply work best at different times, we're open to finding a pattern that works.

  • Reward that reflects your contribution – annual pay review plus performance related bonus.

  • Time to switch off and recharge – 25–27 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell annual leave.

  • Investing in your future – a generous pension with 7.5% employer contribution as standard, which can be matched up to 12% with your input.
