About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems Manager to join our SAP practice and lead the delivery of SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Controlling (CO) solutions across complex transformation programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, and cross-functional leaders to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that improve project visibility, financial control, operational performance, and business outcomes. The role requires strong SAP PS and CO expertise, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Controlling (CO) solutions across SAP transformation programs.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery activities from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design integrated SAP solutions supporting project costing, budgeting, forecasting, settlements, and reporting processes.
- Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, fit-to-standard discussions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to SAP consultants and project team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities and industry-leading practices.
- Support project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to business development activities including proposals, solution estimations, and SAP practice capability development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Controlling (CO).

- Profitability Analysis
- Project Reporting
- SAP S/4HANA Project System
- SAP Controlling
- Experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP PS/CO and:
- SAP Finance (FI)
- Materials Management (MM)
- Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Other related SAP modules
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing project delivery across large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
- SAP certifications will be highly regarded.
