A Little About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Growth within the Customer Delivery & Operations organization, this role is responsible for driving incremental Tuition Express payment
processing revenue across Procare's existing customer base after the customer's first six months. The role partners closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Professional
Services, Support, and Operations to identify underutilized payment opportunities and influence customers to expand their use of Tuition Express.
Unlike onboarding-focused positions, this role acts as a strategic business consultant. Success is measured by measurable increases in payment processing volume, electronic
payment adoption, feature utilization, customer revenue growth, and contribution to company financial performance.
Own a portfolio of mature customers and increase Tuition Express processing revenue through consultative revenue optimization.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze customer payment utilization, billing workflows, and processing trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic growth plans that increase Tuition Express processing volume and parent payment adoption.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to prioritize expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consult with customers on best practices for tuition collection, ACH adoption, recurring billing, registration fees, late fees, and ancillary payment opportunities.
- Influence customer operational change through executive-level business conversations.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs including processing growth, utilization, electronic payment adoption, and revenue expansion.
- Identify systemic barriers to payment utilization and recommend product or process improvements.
- Share customer insights with Product and Leadership to improve long-term revenue growth.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Executive-level consultative communication
- Revenue growth and business analysis mindset
- Deep knowledge of payment processing (ACH, cards, recurring billing)
- Ability to influence customer behavior through data and financial outcomes
- Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6+ years' in Customer Success, Payments, Revenue Operations, Consulting, FinTech, or related field
- Proven track record of increasing customer revenue and product utilization
Physical Requirements:
- This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
- Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
- Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday
- Occasional travel may be required for this position

$80,300 - $92,000/year DOE
Location
This position can be based in our Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA offices. Procare operates in a hybrid working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week.
