As a Staff Specialist Finance Controlling on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Own the end-to-end people, cost center, and investment budget planning cycle  for assigned organizational units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with Infineon guidelines Compile, review, and challenge budget submissions , assessing them against actual performance, historical trends, and projected expenses Manage the Capital Project investment cycle , including planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting activities Own local IC balances with nearby affiliates, maintain transfer pricing alignment with the Tax team, and resolve discrepancies ahead of month-end to support accurate financial reporting Prepare and present management reporting packages , translating complex financial data into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and data quality Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  University degree in Finance , Business Administration , Economics , Accounting , or a related field Professional experience in Controlling  or Finance , ideally within an international environment Strong analytical with a solution-oriented mindset and high motivation to take ownership in a lean, high-performing team Proficient in SAP  and comfortable working with large data sets Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions Business fluency in English  Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
